Good morning! or as I write in my journal... Buon Giorno! :-)

First a few updates. The first one is we recently uploaded the second episode of our web-series. It's called "Toe Jam" and it's very funny. Please check it out by clicking here. I'd love to hear your comments so please send me an email. Yay!

Secondly, I had my e-book website revamped by my friend Mychol Scully. He's done such a great job and if you're looking to have some work done, I highly recommend him. Send me an email and I'll connect you to him.

The website is all automated now so that when you make a purchase you can immediately download the e-book. Please check it out and let me know what you think. www.liveyourdreamnow-thebook.com And be sure to sign up for the 8-week program for free. Yay!

I've been watching my mind movie every day and I've noticed some changes in me. Not so much physically but definitely in the way that I think. It's really exciting when I notice that I'm doing things and thinking in ways that I've never thought before. It's especially exciting because I know that these new ways of thinking are bringing me closer to my goals. I know this is working and the physical manifestation is just a matter of time. Yay!

I'm listening to my recordings of Bob Proctor as I'm writing this update and something stood out for me today which I want to share with you. It's so cool.

As an aside, the cool thing about listening to something repeatedly is that every time, I get a new distinction about what I'm learning. I equate this to a professional basketball player practicing his baskets every day. You would think that a pro wouldn't need to practice the basics but it's by practicing the basics that he's become a pro and continues to be one.

So the distinction that I got today was the method of moving forward. Assuming you know what you want, that you have a clear goal, the first thing to do is to relax and contemplate having reached your goal. Then you listen for inspiration. Once you get inspired, you have to act on the inspiration and do the most important thing first.

It's the little things that add up to the big ones, so keep focussed and move forward and do the little things each day.

That's it for now. Hope you have a fun living your dream. Peace and Love ~ Elle.

First of all, I want to wish my mom a Happy Birthday. Je t'aimes.

Last week was definitely an amazing week. There are three things I want to mention in particular.

The first thing I want to mention is that the first episode of our webisode is officially up on our website. Go to www.headspacetheseries.com and click on Episodes. It's called Oh Canada. Please join the mailing list (on the Home page) and give us your feedback.

We're really excited about it and hope that you enjoy it as much as we did making it.

The second thing I want to talk about is this new thing I discovered called "Mind Movies". It's like taking your vision board to a new level. I made one for myself, since I have the capability to do my own editing. Check out this sample on YouTube. I can say for myself I am experiencing some changes. It's wild. I've noticed that I already have a different outlook on things and time will tell how effective it is. I'll definitely let you know but I wanted to make you privy to it now anyway.

The third thing I want to mention is what happened to me yesterday. I made a big boo boo. I was trying to defrag my computer and in the process I deleted some files that I had been working on for the past 4 months. Needless to say that panicking should and could have been the main option but I found myself in a state of relative calmness. It was weird. On the one hand I was panicked but on the other I was calm. It really took me by surprise. I'm sure you've experienced a time when you lost a file that you'd been working on for a couple of hours or a day so you can imagine how I could have felt when the timeline was actually 4 months!

I believe that I remained calm because of my new outlook on life. I think it was a combination of getting rid of past programming with the EFT I've mentioned in the past and the use of my vision board and now my mind movie, as well as all the learnings I've experienced with Landmark and Peak Potentials as well as all the books I've read and so on. Which reminds me, I should add some of this to my Fuel page.

One last thing. I added a links my to Facebook and Twitter pages at the top of the page so please add me to your friends and follow me.

Peace and Love ~ Elle.

Massive changes for me this week. I had a last minute change in my living arrangements. I moved from Toronto to Ottawa. Change is always good and I have no problem with change, however, although I know that I'm am getting closer to my goal every day, I have yet to experience a paradigm shift. The shift from Elle experiencing financial scarcity to Elle experiencing financial abundance. I know it's possible and in fact I know it's happening, unfortunately, I know I'm doing the same habits that keep me in an appearance of scarcity. I know it's something I'm doing but unfortunately, I don't know what I'm doing that is causing this to re-manifest itself over and over again. I know I'm not quite in the same place that I've been in the past so that's a fantastic thing, but I haven't hit the big time, which is what I am aiming for.

The same is true for my movies and scripts (which really are one in the same). I haven't quite experienced that shift. What I'm looking for is for people to start noticing how incredibly brilliant I am. The great thing is that I've realized that I've aligned things for myself. Sort of like dominos lined up, and that once one tips over it will cause a chain reaction. I know this is what is going to happen and I've lined up bigger and bigger things so it will keep me going for a few years. I just need to tip that first one over. I think it's the short that I just wrote. Although I'm waiting to hear from the NFB to see if they're interested in producing the short, part of me wants them to say no because if they say yes, then it will take a long time before it is produced. It's just the nature of the beast.

Anyway, obviously I'm not waiting for them to say yes in order to shoot this short. It's such a brilliant short. I mean really outstanding and it's going to be huge on YouTube. Just massive. And that will be my tipping domino.

In the meantime, although I am living the good life, things are tight as far as income. Nevertheless, I think the paradigm shift has started.

That's it for now. Hope you have a great week.

Good morning! I just re-did my vision board. It's always good to review your vision board once in a while to make sure that you're still on track and in line with what it is that you want in your life. I also posted it to my desktop on my computer as well. :)

I'm preparing a proposal for the NFB for a short that I'm creating with the purpose of being invited to the Toronto Film Festival this year and to win an Oscar. It's a really powerful script and I'm really excited about it.

I got a temp job starting this week for a couple of weeks. I'm really excited about it because it'll give me some cash for the time being. It'll also give some time for other jobs that I've applied for to kick in. It's really cool because as part of my vision board I took a copy of my accounts and put in a new amount. The amount that I want to have in them.

This week I'll be looking for a new place to live. I'm really excited about that as well. It's funny, but these two thing, looking for a job and a place to live, have been things in the past that I haven't enjoyed. Things that have stressed me out. But obviously I've changed as I find them exciting at the moment.

That's it for now. Hope you have a great week.

Peace and Love ~ Elle.

Buon Giorno! The great news is I just sent in my application to the Canadian Film Center's Feature Film Project. It's an opportunity for first time feature film makers to get funding up to $500,000 to make a feature. While I was preparing my application I realized that I have really grown as a filmmaker since the last time I made an application which I believe was back in 2004. Wow! 5 years ago.

Anyway, I'm feeling really confident about it and I can't wait to hear about the results. Cross your fingers!

Sometimes I feel like I'm running around in circles. I sign up to do things with a purpose, like doing Twitter for example, and I get involved in doing it and then forget the purpose of it. And then I get overwhelmed with the things that I have to do and then I forgot what I was doing and why I was doing it.

So just now I made a list of the top 5 things that I want to do. I limited it to top 5 because I tell you, I can go on forever. I think this is one of the reasons I haven't quite accomplished what I want to. I get distracted. I think most people do. I think it's really important to remind yourself of your goals every day, so this is what I'm going to do every morning.

I heard in an interview once that Bob Proctor (one of my virtual coaches) once asked Earl Nightingale how he managed time so well because he wanted to know what made him so effective with his action. He said that he didn't manage time and that there was no way to manage time. What he did is make a list of the things that he wanted to do in order of importance and he went through the list and finished one before moving on to the next. So I thought, well if this highly successful person did this, it was probably a great thing to take on. And so I did it.

It is a very productive way of getting through a to do list. However, I come back to my top 5 things I mentioned earlier, because lists of things to do are so easy for me to do but the thing is that I wake up one day and think, why am I doing this seemingly very important thing on my list. This is where reviewing my top 5 goals every morning will put things in perspective and perhaps eliminate the thing on my list all together.

I'll let you know how it works out but I have a feeling this is going to be very effective.

Hope this gives you some incentive to do the same or better and if you have a better idea, please by all means share it with me. Thanks!

Peace and Love ~ Elle.

Every Sunday morning I dedicate to serving my spiritual side. I do so by either listening to some of my tapes by Bob Proctor, Tony Robbins or Harv Eker or reading a book that will help me grow as a human being.

This morning I was listening to an interview that Tony Robbins did with Deepak Chopra quite a few years ago. It's a very enlightening interview which speaks about how we are the makers of our own reality.

What I love about listening or reading something that I have already in the past is that something usually stands out, that speaks to me louder than it has in the past. This morning it was all about following your bliss. It was about listening to your body, mind and soul and following what feels good. Which reminds me of what Abraham says through Ester Hicks.

I realize how important and how gratifying it is to do this but also that in order for me to grow as a person, I need to change what feels good. Because what feels good to a poor person, for example, is not the same as what feels good for a rich person. Or another example is, a roller coaster may feel exhilarating to a person that loves roller coaster but would feel like terror to a person that hates them.

So in order to feel good about the things that I want then I must be the type of person that feels good about the things that I want. I must re-invent myself. AND I also want to be a person that can re-invent herself very easily, which I believe I am.

So, what is it that you want and what type of person do you need to be in order to enjoy having, getting, attracting this thing that you want and then allow yourself to be that person.

It's been a long time since I've written here but let me start with Happy Easter everyone!

Well, I'm back in Toronto, Canada. I had to come back for financial reasons. It's been an up and down time emotionally for me. My heart is really in Los Angeles but regardless, as a Canadian, I had to come back to my homeland in order make things happen at a faster rate. I trust that the universe has brought me back here because it knows what I want and it knows that comming back here will get me there much quicker. My intention is to go back to LA by September.

It seems that the closer I get to my dream of being a world renowned filmmaker, the more fast and furious the lessons come. I should really be updating this page much more often because of all of the lessons I have learned in the past 2 months.

I am now lucky enough to be living with my friend Carole right in the heart of Toronto. She has a great little boy in her life, her son, Austin, and I feel really privileged to be part of his life. I love little people because their imaginations are bright shinning beacons.

I am very focussed on making things happen and getting the money necessary for me to produce my first feature film. I have two scripts that are on the verge of being outstanding. I've been working very hard and diligent about learning the craft of storytelling and screenwriting. I'm applying everything I know to my script RIM and it's just about done and then I will tackle 3 Hours one more time.

I've discovered a great new me in the process. I'm much stronger and more self-confident then I've ever been in my life and it feels so wonderful. The one thing that my present situation is affording me is the opportunity to really use the law of attraction regardless of my situation. It's a great challenge to stay focussed on achieving what you want regardless of your present circumstances but it is essential in order to create something new and to draw to you all that you need in order to achieve it.

So stay focussed, my friends, on already having achieve what you want. I will update you with some fantastic news shortly.

Peace and Love ~ Elle.

I've experienced several miracles in the past week and a half.

I've been suffering with neck pain for the past 18 years. It all started in highschool when I was in gym class. We were learning how to do somersaults and when I attempted to do a forward somersault I hurt my neck. I'm not sure what the exact injury was but the results were that my neck was in so much pain that I couldn't move it and I walked around for about a week with my head tilted down and to the left. My mother even brought me to a doctor but he said that I would get over it and he didn't prescribe and medicine or exercise.

The pain and stiffness eventually subsided but what resulted from it has been my personal nightmare ever since. My hands began shaking and the shake moved up to my head. You can't even imagine how distressing it was to be a young woman with a head tremor. I've lived with this tremor ever since, along with the physical and emotional pain and embarrassment of having this affliction.

I went to many doctors since with regards to the tremor which over the years has increased. They all said that it was a familial tremor and that I had inherited it. I've gone to chiropractors and have tried acupuncture and hypnotherapy. They all helped temporarily a little but the tremor and pain remained. I've even tried various drugs that have done little to help me, physically or emotionally.

In attempts to control the tremor I began holding my neck very tight and stiff. This turned into a habit that I've been stuck in for the past 18 years. What I mean is that as hard as I try, I'm unable to relax my neck muscles for any substantial amount of time. As you can imagine, I began suffering from pain. Think about when you're feeling stressed out and how your neck gets all tense and sore. Well this is how I've been feeling every day for the past 18 years. And it's gotten worse over the years.

Not only did I suffer from physical pain but emotional pain as well. All I ever wanted was to be "normal", not to stand out, at least not with regards to my tremor. But I have been laughed at and ridiculed because of it. I am extremely self conscious and self critical about it. It has stopped me from doing one of my passions which is acting because directors cannot film an actress who shakes, unless of course it is an older Katherin Hepburn in On Golden Pond.

A week and a half ago, I was reading an email from a group that is selling a service to help you manifest anything you want. It was a 7 part series of emails each of which focussed on the various steps it takes to manifest. One of the steps is that you need to clear out all of the negative stuff that has been holding you back. They mentioned two methods both of which I researched.

One of the methods in particular attracted my attention and so I downloaded a free manual that described the treatment and how to perform it. This treatment is used to get rid of pain both physical and emotional. So I tried it out on the pain that was most prevalent in my life. You guessed it, my neck. The results were immediate! and I am now living pain free for the first time in 18 years!!! It is truly a miracle! I used the method I think once for the pain in my neck and it hasn't returned since, which was 12 days ago. You can't even begin to imagine how incredible I feel. 18 years of suffering! Gone in an instant! In fact, it was so unbelievable that I kept thinking it would return. And kept waiting for it to return. And kept expecting it to be there. But it's gone. For good. And even if it does return, which I don't believe it will, I know what to do now.

They also recommend trying this torment out for everything and anything that you need to clear out of your life, and so as you can imagine, I've been doing so. I can't tell you how much my life has changed in the week and a half since I've been using this treatment, but it is enough for me to want to share it with all of you.

The treatment is called EFT which stands for Emotional Freedom Techniques. The website is www.emofree.com. They have information about it and a free e-booklet that you can download and learn how to use it on yourself. It is very simple and easy to do. If you do decide to read the e-booklet, I recommend that you go directly to page 10 and learn how to use it and practice it immediately.

I truly hope that this information will help you on your journey to living your dream. It has definitely helped me. Peace and Love ~ Elle.

January 31th, 2009

Happy New Year All! I hope this year has started off with the big bang that you've been looking for.

As for me, as usual, a lot of things have been happening. Too numerous to list but what is important are the lessons I've learned and the greatest lesson was with regards to opportunity.

I've recently been presented with, well I'll call them situations for the moment. Situations that upon first reaction, they are not very good. In fact they seemingly are road blocks. Things that at first glance I felt were getting in the way of the goals that I've set up for myself. And I've been getting the same lesson and thank god I'm finally catching on.

Let me be a little more specific. I'm currently working on a new script that my producing partner and I are planning on shooting in February. If you know anything about film and the process, this alone is a massive order. It usually takes anywhere from 3 months to even a year to create let alone polish off a script. I'm planning on doing all of this and filming in one month. I believe I can do it.

Yesterday I had made plans to meet with a friend of mine and discuss movies from a director/actor point of view. She came up with the idea and I thought it was a wonderful idea. However, when I agree to setting the get-together for yesterday, I hadn't foreseen the following: I'm still working on my first draft of my script and I have a scheduled script read next Sunday (February 8th). Yikes!

I woke up on Friday morning feeling stressed about my predicament but I new that I had to change my attitude in order to achieve the greatest reward possible from this situation. With my intention to change, I walked by the library we have here in the house. There was a book that grabbed my attention because the title included the name of a person that I know. Then my eye was drawn to the book beside it. The title of the book is, Work With Passion. So I picked it up and opened it to a random page. Often when I do this I fall upon text that is totally relevant to what I am seeking. This time it didn't but I leafed through it a little more and I came upon a subtitle and paragraph that drew my attention.

It was about how we often find ourselves in the same situation in life that we've been in for many years. Although we try to move forward we find ourselves in the same place. This is because when we move forward, we'll often hit the terror barrier. Fear of the unknown. Fear of not knowing if something is going to work out. And when we do this, we go back to what we know even if this known is something we are trying to get away from. There is comfort in knowing your situation even if it is difficult.

One of the ways to get out of it is to turn that fear around. I'm currently writing a book on how to get rid of fear which I'm very excited about sharing. But this was another way of looking at it. Rather than fearing the thing that is ahead of you, look at it as an opportunity. So I got inspired to do just that. Rather than thinking that this get-together was going to get in the way of my writing, I decided that it was an opportunity, that I wasn't clear about at the time, but an opportunity never the less to write better. That it was going to improve my writing and make it easier.

Lo and behold, the session was totally inspiring. Not only did it give me ideas as to how to improve my writing, it also gave me a solution to the financial situation I currently find myself in. And in addition to all of this, I had a blast because I was able to share my passion with someone who is just as passionate and dedicated to the art as I am. WOW! and I mean WOW! of the tallest order.

I truly wish that this information will help you on your journey to living your dream. Peace and Love ~ Elle.
